Mengenai bahasa Norwegia
Norwegian is the official language of Norway and has around 5 million speakers, most of whom live in Norway.
It is a member of the North Germanic family of languages along with Danish, Swedish, Faroese, and Icelandic.
There are two forms of written Norwegian: Bokmål and Nynorsk. Bokmål is closely related to Danish and is used by a large majority of the population. Nynorsk is based on Old Norwegian before Danish rule, and is used by a minority, mainly in rural areas and western Norway. Attempts to unify the two have been unsuccessful, and the media and government bodies use both to maintain political harmony.
